Article Processing Charge

Sanskriti: Journal of Humanities will implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy effective from Volume 3, Issue 2. The APC for accepted manuscripts will be 70 USD. This charge will cover article processing, peer review management, editing, formatting, online hosting, and publication services.

However, the journal remains committed to supporting researchers who may face financial difficulties. Authors who are genuinely unable to pay the APC may apply for a full or partial waiver. To request a waiver, the author must submit:

  1. A self-declaration letter explaining the financial inability to pay the APC.
  2. A recommendation or verification letter from a valid authority of the author’s university or institution (such as the Head of Department, Dean, Supervisor, or Registrar).

All waiver requests will be reviewed confidentially by the editorial board, and decisions will be made based on the submitted documents and the author’s circumstances. The journal firmly believes that financial limitations should not become a barrier to scholarly publication, and no quality manuscript will be rejected or left unpublished solely due to an author’s inability to pay the APC.
