Copyright and Licensing Policy

Authors who publish with Sanskriti: Journal of Humanities agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention: Authors retain copyright of their work. The journal is the first publisher of the work, licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.
  2. Additional Distribution: Authors are allowed to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with proper acknowledgment of its initial publication in Sanskriti.
  3. Post-publication Sharing: Authors may share the accepted version of their article online (e.g., in repositories or on personal websites) after publication, provided they include a citation and DOI link to the final version on the Sanskriti: Journal of Humanities website.
