Sanskriti: Journal of Humanities was established by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bangladesh, in December 2023 to foster scholarly discourse in the humanities.

Two issues are published each year, in April and October.

Inaugural issue (Vol. 1, No. 1) is published.
 
July 2024
ISSN 3007-9055 is granted, following an application in June 2024.
 
October 30, 2024
Crossref DOI registration is granted, and DOIs are assigned to published articles.
 
December 13, 2024
The website moves to the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
 
June 26, 2025
The journal is included in the MLA International Bibliography.
 
September 25, 2025
The journal is indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
 
October 25, 2026
Vol. 3, No. 2 is published, with authors from Bangladesh, India, and Yemen.
